RISEUP begins with two full days and two evening sessions, with participants returning home each night. It then turns insight into daily action through 90 days of reflection, peer accountability and progress reviews.

Some activities include an optional physical breakthrough. Every participant receives a clear briefing, may choose a safe alternative and remains in control of participation.

We sponsor people who cannot afford the full investment. You will not be asked to prove hardship publicly. Sponsorship depends on available funding and your completion of these steps.

How long is RISEUP?
RISEUP includes two full days and two evening sessions in person, followed by 90 days of structured action and accountability. Participants return home each night; accommodation is not included.
What happens during the two immersive days?
Day one uses the Carnival, Knowing Self and Others, the Great Escape and the Money Challenge to reveal patterns. Day two turns those insights into a vision, a personal WHY and clear commitments.
What happens during the 90-day follow-through?
Participants use a daily contract, review five areas of life each week, reset commitments at days 30 and 60, and measure change again at day 90.
What is the RISEUP investment and payment plan?
The full RISEUP investment is RM1,488. It may be paid in full or as RM288 upon enrolment followed by four monthly payments of RM300, without interest or instalment processing fees.
Can I apply for RISEUP sponsorship?
Yes. The supported participant investment is RM288 and the programme sponsors RM1,200. If RM288 is still beyond reach, ask privately about a fully sponsored place. All sponsorship depends on available funding and completion of the commitment criteria.
