01 · Programme fit

Who it is for

People with a goal they care about who have not yet turned it into an action they are taking.

Choose Ignite when you need a full day to explore the beliefs behind a stalled goal, clarify why it matters and work through a first commitment. Break Free is a shorter introduction through a game and debrief. Choose RISEUP for 90 days of supported application; community project arrangements must be confirmed before booking.

Compare Break Free, Ignite and RISEUP
Break Free · RM88 · Inclusive SST 8%

Ignite · RM498 · Inclusive SST 8%
Choose this when you need a full day to examine your beliefs, choose a meaningful goal and connect it to your reason for acting. You leave with a first 30-day commitment.
RISEUP · RM998 · Inclusive SST 8%
Choose this when you want two days and two evenings to examine patterns and set personal commitments, then 90 days to practise them with WhatsApp peers and three half-day group coaching sessions.

A first step

Questions you may be asking.

Try a practical action, then explore the activities and support below.

How do I figure out what I actually want?

Compare a few changes you are considering. For each, write why it matters to you, what would be different in everyday life and one small action that would let you explore it. Choose one to try over the next seven days, then review what you learnt. Ignite provides a full day to reflect on a meaningful goal, examine what is holding it back and choose a first 30-day commitment.

I have so many goals that I never start. What should I do?

Choose one goal for a short trial. Write the next action in terms of something you can do, give it a place in your week and decide what you will pause to make room. At the end of seven days, review whether to continue or adjust. Ignite gives you time to connect one goal to your reason for acting and plan that first commitment; RISEUP adds practice and coaching over 90 days.

02 · What you will do

What you will produce

Use guided reflection and group activities to examine a belief affecting your goal. Define a 30-day milestone, weekly actions and a response to likely obstacles.

  1. Mindset. Reflect on the beliefs and patterns shaping your response.
  2. Goal setting. Turn what matters into one clear, workable direction.
  3. Motivation. Connect your goal to the personal reason for acting on it.
  4. Commitment. Define a 30-day milestone, weekly actions and a response to likely obstacles. Apply the commitment and complete a self-review.

During the programme

  • One meaningful goal and your personal reason for pursuing it.
  • A 30-day milestone with weekly actions and a response to likely obstacles.

Over the next 30 days

  • A self-review of actions taken, progress towards the milestone and your next commitment.

Connect your goal to a reason, act on a specific commitment and use your review to choose the next action.

Optional physical activity: Ignite includes an optional glasswalking experience: walking on glass under professional facilitation, subject to the safety conditions on the day. A non-glass alternative is available. Ask about the activity and any access needs before booking.

Inspect a worked example: Turn an intention into a commitment

Illustrative teaching example. This is fictional, not a participant submission, facilitator feedback record or evidence of results.

Starting draft
I want to be more confident.
Review question
In which situation? What action would make the intention observable?
More specific version
Over the next 30 days, prepare and ask one relevant question at each weekly team meeting. If a meeting is cancelled, discuss it with a colleague. Review progress each week and choose my next commitment at day 30.

Try it: write your own starting statement, answer the review question and choose one action you can check afterwards.
