Workplace AI Ready: practical ways to use AI at work.
Use AI responsibly to improve everyday work, communication and problem-solving.
US$488 · 2 days + 90-day practice and coaching
Cohort dates: To be determined.
01 · What feels stuck
Is this where you are?
AI is changing the work around you, but it is not yet clear where it is useful, safe or worth your time.
Who this is for
People who want to apply AI to an everyday work task and check the quality of its output.
02 · What you will do
What you will leave with
Choose an everyday work task, write instructions for AI and check its response before using it.
- A tested workflow
- Reusable task instructions
- A checking and comparison record
- A 90-day workflow test plan
Explore the two-day syllabus
Day 1: Define the task and check the response
Choose a task worth testing
Map the task inputs and required output. Record a manual baseline and completion criteria.
Output: A task selection sheet and baseline result.
Set boundaries before entering information
Classify sample inputs by permitted use. Remove unnecessary sensitive details and identify approval needs.
Output: An input-boundary checklist.
Give instructions a colleague could follow
Specify purpose, context, constraints and output format. Revise instructions after comparing results.
Output: A reusable task prompt and revision record.
Check the answer before using it
Compare claims with supplied source material. Identify omissions, unsupported statements and required corrections.
Output: A corrected response and checking checklist.
Day 2: Build a workflow another person can repeat
Write and summarise without losing meaning
Draft for a defined audience. Check a summary against the original facts and decisions.
Output: A checked update and action summary.
Use AI to compare options
Generate options within stated constraints. Compare trade-offs and identify missing information.
Output: An options comparison and decision note.
Build a workflow that can be repeated
Sequence input preparation, AI use and human checks. Test the workflow against the manual baseline.
Output: A tested workflow, prompt and comparison record.
Apply, measure and revise over 90 days
Plan repeated permitted tests. Define review points and conditions for stopping or revising use.
Output: A 90-day test plan and review log.
Daily times, venue, group size and entry requirements will be confirmed for each cohort.
Explore an exercise and its review questions
"The Colleague Test": a peer follows the workflow without help; the author records errors, time and corrections.
Feedback and review: Locate missing instructions and compare quality as well as time.
What you revise or apply: Revise the workflow before testing it on real permitted work.
Inspect a worked example: Give AI a task you can check
Illustrative teaching example. This is fictional, not a participant submission, facilitator feedback record or evidence of results.
- Starting draft
- Write a customer reply.
- Review question
- What facts may it use, what must it avoid and who checks the answer?
- More specific version
- Using this fictional enquiry and approved policy, draft a reply under 120 words. Do not invent a refund promise. Flag missing facts for a person to check.
Try it: write your own starting statement, answer the review question and choose one action you can check afterwards.
03 · Time and included support
Your attendance and follow-through
You continue by testing one AI-assisted task in your own work. It does not replace professional judgement or guarantee performance gains.
Included in the fee: 90 days to implement what you learnt and committed to during the two-day programme.
- Between coaching days: put your commitments into practice and use the WhatsApp group for online peer coaching.
- Day 30: half-day group coaching.
- Day 60: half-day group coaching.
- Day 90: half-day group coaching and graduation.
Plan for the two programme days, three half-days of group coaching and time between them to implement your commitments. Implementation time depends on the work you choose; it is separate from the coaching sessions.
Soo Hoo Yoon Hunn facilitates the group coaching. Coaching dates, times, delivery format and missed-session arrangements will be confirmed before booking.
What to bring to each coaching session

- Day 60
- Review repeated tests, failure patterns and changes to the instructions or checking steps.
- Day 90
- Demonstrate the workflow and report measured results, remaining limits and next applications.
