Explore the two-day syllabus

Day 1: Make your work dependable

  1. From effort to agreed expectations

Compare assumptions with a work brief. Define observable signs of a completed task.

    Output: A task completion checklist.

  2. Turn a task list into a delivery plan

Prioritise competing requests. Plan milestones and report a likely delay.

    Output: A weekly task plan.

  3. Ask early and keep others informed

Practise clarification questions. Deliver concise progress updates and handovers.

Output: A communication and handover checklist.

  4. Take ownership without guessing

Diagnose a delivery problem. Choose an action within authority and escalate the rest.

Output: A problem and escalation record.

Day 2: Demonstrate what you can contribute

  1. Replace broad claims with evidence

Identify examples from work, study or community roles. Connect an action to an observable result.

    Output: A personal evidence profile.

  2. Make your contribution clear in conversation

Structure an interview or development response. Ask questions that clarify role expectations.

Output: A revised conversation guide and peer feedback.

  3. Deliver when the brief changes

Clarify and complete a simulated assignment. Adapt to a change and hand over the result.

Output: A completed work sample and handover record.

  4. Turn practice into a 90-day routine

Choose a job-search or workplace goal. Schedule practice and evidence reviews.

Output: A 90-day plan and accountability agreement.

Explore an exercise and its review questions

"Message Relay": pairs clarify a task, report a problem and hand it to a new colleague using a written note.

Feedback and review: The receiving colleague identifies what they can act on and what is missing.

What you revise or apply: Use the revised message structure in the next work conversation.

Inspect a worked example: A clearer workplace update

Illustrative teaching example. This is fictional, not a participant submission, facilitator feedback record or evidence of results.

Starting draft
I could not finish the task.
Review question
What is complete, what is blocking progress and what decision do you need?
More specific version
The draft is complete. I need the approved figures before finalising it. Can you confirm who owns them and when they will be available?

Try it: write your own starting statement, answer the review question and choose one action you can check afterwards.

03 · Time and included support

Your attendance and follow-through

The 90-day period gives you time to test your actions. It does not guarantee a job or placement.

Included in the fee: 90 days to implement what you learnt and committed to during the two-day programme.

  • Between coaching days: put your commitments into practice and use the WhatsApp group for online peer coaching.
  • Day 30: half-day group coaching.
  • Day 60: half-day group coaching.
  • Day 90: half-day group coaching and graduation.

Plan for the two programme days, three half-days of group coaching and time between them to implement your commitments. Implementation time depends on the work you choose; it is separate from the coaching sessions.

Soo Hoo Yoon Hunn facilitates the group coaching. Coaching dates, times, delivery format and missed-session arrangements will be confirmed before booking.
