Ready pathway

AI Consultant Ready: an AI service you can test with clients.

Learn to define a client’s business problem, plan an AI solution and test how you will deliver it.

US$488 · 2 days + 90-day practice and coaching

Cohort dates: To be determined.

01 · What feels stuck

Is this where you are?

You can see AI possibilities, but not yet a clear problem, scope or service another business can evaluate.

Who this is for

People exploring an AI service for small businesses who need to define the client problem, scope and delivery process.

02 · What you will do

What you will leave with

Define the client problem, agree what an AI solution should do and plan how to test and deliver it responsibly.

  • A scoped pilot proposal
  • A small demonstration
  • A test record
  • A client handover guide
Explore the two-day syllabus

Day 1: Define the client problem before the solution

  1. Discover the work behind the request

Map the current process and recurring difficulty. Ask for examples, constraints and existing measures.

Output: A discovery guide and current-process map.

  2. Choose a problem AI can usefully address

Compare AI and simpler process options. Evaluate data access, error consequences and human review needs.

    Output: A use-case decision record.

  3. Define the limits before making a promise

Define deliverables, exclusions and dependencies. Set acceptance criteria against a baseline.

Output: A scope and acceptance checklist.

  4. Make the proposal assessable

Connect the service to the client problem. State stages, effort assumptions and client responsibilities.

Output: A draft pilot proposal and pricing assumptions.

Day 2: Test a small solution and prepare the handover

  1. Build the smallest useful demonstration

Build one bounded workflow with permitted sample data. Document inputs, outputs and human decisions.

Output: A demonstration and workflow record.

  2. Test failure as well as success

Test normal, incomplete and misleading inputs. Record errors, limits and required human intervention.

Output: A test record and issue list.

  3. Hand over a service the client can operate

Explain operating steps and checking responsibilities. Define support boundaries and a manual fallback.

Output: A handover guide and support boundary statement.

  4. Run a pilot and review the evidence

Plan discovery, permission, testing and review milestones. Define evidence for continuing, revising or stopping the pilot.

Output: A pilot plan, evidence log and next-step recommendation.

Explore an exercise and its review questions

"The Client Takes Over": a peer operates the workflow using only the handover instructions and asks support questions.

Feedback and review: Identify where the client needed help and clarify who owns each decision.

What you revise or apply: Revise handover and support terms before a client trial.

Inspect a worked example: Scope the problem before the tool

Illustrative teaching example. This is fictional, not a participant submission, facilitator feedback record or evidence of results.

Review question
Which task needs support? What information may be used and how will a person judge the result?
More specific version
Explore a draft-answer assistant for internal FAQs, using approved documents. Test accuracy on sample questions and require human review before use.

Try it: write your own starting statement, answer the review question and choose one action you can check afterwards.

03 · Time and included support

Your attendance and follow-through

You continue by validating the service with real business conversations. It does not promise assignments, clients or income.

Included in the fee: 90 days to implement what you learnt and committed to during the two-day programme.

  • Between coaching days: put your commitments into practice and use the WhatsApp group for online peer coaching.
  • Day 30: half-day group coaching.
  • Day 60: half-day group coaching.
  • Day 90: half-day group coaching and graduation.

Plan for the two programme days, three half-days of group coaching and time between them to implement your commitments. Implementation time depends on the work you choose; it is separate from the coaching sessions.

Soo Hoo Yoon Hunn facilitates the group coaching. Coaching dates, times, delivery format and missed-session arrangements will be confirmed before booking.
